Terms and Conditions for Practice Warriors 1-on-1 Private Music Coaching (Individual Sessions) with Christopher Maloney

Welcome to Practice Warriors ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online music lessons and coaching services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Service Overview

1.1. Pay-As-You-Go Service: For each session you pay for, you will receive one (1) coaching session, which includes personalized music instruction, feedback, and coaching.
1.2. Session Delivery: The coaching sessions will be delivered online via live video conferencing or pre-recorded video lessons, as determined by the coach or agreed upon with you. Sessions must be paid in advance.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment Method: You agree to provide a valid credit card to pay for the session. 

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

3.1. Session Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will provide a pre-recorded video lesson as a substitute for the canceled session.

  • No refunds or credit will be issued for missed sessions, unless a session is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will offer an alternative rescheduling or a video lesson.

4. Content and Use of Services

4.1. User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate technology (e.g., device, internet connection, etc.) to access the lessons and participate in the sessions.

5. Account Security

5.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Termination and Suspension

6.1. Suspension or Termination of Service: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or other conduct that we deem inappropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to the loss of data or missed sessions.
7.2. No Warranty: Our Services are provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of the Services.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1. Amendments: We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our Services after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the state of Florida.

1-on-1 Private Music Coaching (Individual 60-Minute Session)

 In these on-line, 1-on-1 sessions, you will work with Christopher Maloney to help you:

1. Learn the skills you want to develop on your specific instrument.

2. Create a customized Practice Ritual that is specific to your needs and musical objectives.

3. Utilize the Practice Warriors method specifically to you. This includes helping you set goals, choose skills to work on, schedule your practicing time and more!

4. Keep you focused with obtaining your goals and hold you accountable for practicing.

5. Inspire you to become the very best musician you can be.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"Does it matter what instrument I play?"  - Christopher can teach ALL levels of Rhythm Section Instruments: guitar, bass, piano and drums. If you play any other instrument and have a fundamental understanding of the instrument's technique, fingerings and tone, Christopher can help you improve all other elements of playing music (reading, rhythm/timing, improvisation, dynamics, composition, recording, etc.). 

"Do I pay before the coaching sessions begin?" -Yes. For individual coaching sessions, you pay before scheduling each session. 

"Are my lessons recorded for later review?" - YES! All lessons will be video recorded during the session. You can review ANY of your previous lessons, so you don't forget any of the great information and practice strategies you've been taught!

"How quickly can I begin my first lesson?"  -Depending on your schedule, you can start your first lesson immediately. You'll have instant access to our scheduling calendar to set up your first session. Christopher will also reach out to you via email within 24 hours to welcome you and help you to set up the lessons. 

"How do I access the coaching?"  -Immediately after you submit the required information, you will be taken to your Membership page and see how you can access the Coaching section of the site. 

"Can I be flexible in my scheduling?" -YES! Through our calendar on the coaching site, you get to choose the day and time that works best for you (depending on availability, natch!).  

"What if I have additional questions?" -Hey, sometimes hitting that "Complete My Order" button can be scary. Rest assured, we've got your back. If you have questions about anything we haven't addressed, simply let us know via our Contact Page.  Our team will respond right away. This is truly a NO-RISK offer!
