You can promote Practice Warriors through your website, emails, social media, podcasts and any other method you use to reach your customers (and we make that easy for your with our Affiliate Marketing Hub).

When you refer your students to join Practice Warriors, you get paid HALF (minus bank processing/admin costs) of their subscription fees- and will continually get paid every month for the life of their membership!

And you also get a commission on ANY Practice Warriors product your student purchases!

SALES AND PAYMENTS INFORMATION


Getting Paid For Your Sales:  You will be credited for any paying member that signs up for Practice Warriors after their two week trial on the 10th of the following month.

Your Commission Rate:  The Affiliate commission is set by Practice Warriors and displayed in the Affiliate Control Panel for each membership. Affiliate Commissions are paid on net membership price, after all bank fees. Currently, Practice Warriors offers a yearly membership ($199/year) as well as a month-to-month option ($19.99/month).

For every student you refer that signs up for a yearly membership, you will receive $95 and may continue to receive future funds should they renew after one year. For any student that signs up for a monthly membership, you will continually receive $9 each month for the life of their Practice Warriors membership. With multiple referrals, this adds up quickly!

Don't forget that you earn a commission on EVERY product your student purchases. Whether it's a monthly membership, a couple of stand-alone courses or even our Practice Log, we share the profit with you!

Tracking Your Sales:  Visitors to PracticeWarriors.com that you refer are automatically tracked by placing a cookie in the customer's browser. If the customer decides to purchase a membership or other product within 30 days, your account will be credited with the affiliate commission. 

As a Practice Warriors Affiliate, you will have access to your unique Affiliate Control Panel, which will display accurate statistics in regard to your sales, including the customer, and their purchase(s).

The Stats will provide you a general overview into how your customers are responding to Practice Warriors. For more specific information, such as customers that have signed up for a Practice Warriors membership and for whom you will receive a commission, simply click on Reports (upper right of the Affiliate Control Panel).

Are there any restrictions in the way I promote the products?

As an affiliate, it is strictly forbidden to:

  • Use unsolicited email (spam), pop-ups, pop-under, exit pages as well as any other techniques obviously or secretly driving customers to the Practice Warriors platform.

  • Replace, intercept, interfere with, hinder, disrupt or otherwise alter customer's access, fraudulent usage of other affiliate sites, including without limitation any click-through or track-based transaction.

  • Place web links or any marketing support materials in newsgroups, message boards, unsolicited email and other types of spam, banner networks, counters, chat rooms, guest books, and IRC channels or through similar Internet resources.

  • Place links in such manner that may (intentionally or unintentionally) mislead the customers.

  • Make usage of a web link in bad faith or through fraudulent means, including, but not limited to, using any device, program, robot, inline frames, hidden frames, or redirects.

  • Use automatic redirection to the Practice Warriors website or any automatically method for saving a cookie of an affiliate.

  • Use any Practice Warriors content (simple sentence then refer to “see terms and conditions”).

  • Share, distribute, publish, copy, sell or otherwise make available our logos, branding, education videos, tools outside the affiliate agreement without our expressed written permission.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By agreeing to become a Practice Warriors affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.

Joining the Program: Upon acceptance, you will become an affiliate to promote and refer your students or customers to Practice Warriors and to receive a commission on products purchased by your referred individuals.

Affiliate Responsibilities: It is understood that you will introduce the Practice Warriors membership site to your current and prospective students and customers and will comply with all laws as well those that governing email marketing and anti-spam laws. Practice Warriors will pay you a 50% commission (minus all bank fees) of the customer’s purchase, referred using your affiliate code according to the designated payment schedule.

Either you or Practice Warriors may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time. You are only eligible to earn Affiliate payments during your time as an approved Affiliate. The Practice Warriors may change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time.

Affiliate Relationship: This affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors. Practice Warriors will be responsible for collecting membership fees from students that sign up and will pay you a commission based directly on the students you refer. You are solely responsible for payment of any and all income tax, insurance or any deductions or actions required under law.

Practice Warriors is located in Florida, USA. The program is governed by the laws of The United States of America and the State of Florida. Practice Warriors will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise with this program beyond the total referral fees paid to you.

Revocation of Affiliate Status: Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
• Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
• Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Inability to setup links or refer clients to Practice Warriors (lack of performance)

Affiliate Links: You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in printable flyers to distribute to your students. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions above.

Affiliate Tracking: When someone visits the Practice Warriors website through your referral (a specific link on your organization’s website, QR code from a flyer, etc.) a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this user decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database (Note: link will last in their browser for up to 30 days).

Terms of the Agreement: These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated by either party. The terms of this agreement may be modified by Practice Warriors at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

Liability: We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error- free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
